Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device and remember information about your visit — such as your preferred language, currency, authentication state and accepted cookie categories.

This policy also covers similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, web beacons and SDKs — collectively referred to as "cookies" throughout this document.

We use cookies in compliance with:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — Art. 6(1)(a) explicit consent for non-essential cookies; Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest for strictly necessary cookies.
• Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) — Art. 5(3) requires prior informed consent before storing or accessing information on the user's terminal, except when strictly necessary for service delivery.
• Estonian Electronic Communications Act — § 1031 local transposition of the ePrivacy Directive.
• EDPB Guidelines 05/2020 on consent — valid, granular, informed, freely-given and revocable.

We group cookies into three categories. Only the first is installed without consent. The rest require your explicit opt-in via the cookie banner.

Always active. Essential for the site to function. Without them, core features (authentication, cart, language switch, CSRF protection) cannot operate.

Requires consent. Help us understand how visitors interact with the site — pages viewed, time on site, referring sources — so we can improve the service. Data is aggregated and pseudonymised; IP addresses are anonymised before processing.

Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation and Google Signals disabled. We use a server-side tunnel to avoid adblock disruption while preserving user privacy.

Requires consent. Used to measure advertising effectiveness, deliver relevant ads and limit repeat impressions. Currently not active on fusiora.com — reserved for future campaigns.

If we enable marketing cookies in the future (e.g. Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag), we will update this policy and re-prompt for consent before activation.

Some features rely on external providers that may set their own cookies. Each is activated only when the feature is used or when consent is given:

• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on login/register/contact forms. Necessary. Privacy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
• Google Analytics 4 — analytics. Requires consent. Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Sentry — error tracking (necessary, technical). Data is anonymised. Privacy: sentry.io/privacy
• Discord / Google OAuth — only when you log in through these providers. Privacy policies of each provider apply.

You can review, change or withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Settings button at the bottom of this page or in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser and applies only to the device and browser from which you made it.

You can also block or delete cookies directly from your browser. Note that disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.

Your consent is valid for 12 months from the date you set it. After that period, we will ask you again. You can also revoke or change it at any time.

We keep a record of your consent (timestamp, categories accepted) as proof of compliance under Art. 7(1) GDPR.

Some providers listed above (e.g. Google Analytics) transfer data outside the EU/EEA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) certification or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission under Art. 46 GDPR, together with supplementary technical measures (IP anonymisation, data minimisation).

Regardless of your cookie choices, you retain all GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (AKI Estonia).
