Policy

We strictly prohibit any use of our hosting services for illegal, malicious, or harmful activities. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, phishing, distributing malware, engaging in hacking, and any activity that infringes upon intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.

Use of our services is not allowed for the following: cryptocurrency mining, unauthorised CDN or tunnel construction on shared resources, engaging in illegal activities, causing harm to us or anyone else, or any other purpose that would result in high traffic/CPU usage outside the scope of the contracted product.

Users must not misuse server resources, including CPU, memory, and bandwidth. Activities that negatively impact server stability, such as excessive resource consumption or running resource-intensive processes, are not allowed.

We may monitor resource usage and take action if necessary to ensure fair usage and performance. Allowed monthly traffic is maximally 15 TB.

Users are responsible for the content they upload to our servers. Content that is defamatory, offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others is not allowed.

You must also adhere to copyright and intellectual property laws when publishing content. We reserve the right to remove or disable content that violates this policy.

Users are required to implement adequate security measures to protect their websites and accounts. This includes keeping software up to date, using strong passwords, and regularly backing up data.

Users should not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' accounts.

If you become aware of any violations of this policy, including misuse of our services or security vulnerabilities, please report them to us immediately.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), any person or entity may notify the presence of allegedly illegal content hosted through Fusiora services by sending a notice to abuse@fusiora.com.

Valid notices must include: (i) a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is considered illegal; (ii) the exact electronic location of the content (URL/IP address); (iii) the name and email of the notifier (except for offences under Arts. 3–7 of Directive 2011/93/EU); and (iv) a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete.

We acknowledge receipt of every valid notice without undue delay and process each case diligently, objectively and non-arbitrarily. Where a decision affects the content or service of a recipient, a statement of reasons is issued under Art. 17 DSA and internal appeals may be submitted to info@fusiora.com within 6 months (Art. 20 DSA).

For child sexual abuse material (CSAM), reports are additionally escalated to competent authorities in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/1232 and Estonian law. Deliberately false or abusive notices may lead to suspension of notification privileges under Art. 23 DSA.

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including warnings, suspension of services, or termination of accounts.

We will assess each situation individually and take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of our services and protect our users.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.

We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website. It's your responsibility to review this policy periodically to ensure compliance with our terms.
